Why work with Beyond A Space?

Every home renovation or space refresh begins with excitement but many underestimate the countless decisions they need to make. While contractors and interior designers focus on executing renovation plans, many homeowners are left to navigate the furnishing and styling decisions on their own.

Things like which style do I actually prefer? What materials and colours to choose? What furniture to pick? What size is right? Where should I invest more on and where to save?

This is where I hope to bridge the gap by guiding you through these decisions with clarity and confidence.

I’ve designed my styling services to help you achieve:

Clarity on what works

  • Receive a clear and cohesive design direction from the start to guide your styling decisions

Confident decision making

  • I help you narrow down style and purchase decisions catered to your space, budget and lifestyle so you don’t have to spend hours scrolling Pinterest and comparing numerous options online

  • Avoid making costly purchasing mistakes and regrets

Thoughtfully curated selections

  • From furniture that fits, to lighting, colour, materials and decor, I curate suitable options for you so you don’t need to worry if they’ll work well together

A calmer, more enjoyable journey in creating your dream home

  • I take care of the research, sourcing, purchasing coordination and behind-the-scenes logistics, so you spend less time managing details and more time enjoying the process

  • Feel guided, supported and enjoy an inviting and inspiring home at the end of the journey!

Hi, I’m Ting Wei

The interior stylist and content creator behind Beyond A Space.

I help homeowners make thoughtful home decisions and design spaces that reflect your personality, while staying aligned with the way you live.

I believe our homes shape how we feel, think and live each day. Which is why I’m committed to creating spaces that help you live well.

Whether you are here to collaborate on a home refresh, or to explore a meaningful brand collaboration, I’d love to work with you.

What Clients Say

  • What could have been a stressful time was genuinely enjoyable, which I credit a lot to Ting Wei's approach and attitude.

She has a strong eye for design and brings different styles together in a cohesive, thoughtful way while still keeping the result personal.

What stood out most was how well she listened. She took the time to understand my ideas, how I use the space day to day, and my budget. Her suggestions were always practical and well thought through, and I never felt she imposed a particular style or idea on me.

A year and a half later, I went back to Tingwei for additional adjustments and improvements to my home. It’s been great seeing the space evolve over time, and I’m sure I’ll reach out to her again in the future when my needs change or I simply want a refresh.

  • Hiring her saved us so much trouble and avoided the headache of buying items that wouldn't fit or look right.

Had an amazing experience with Ting Wei for our home's e-styling! She is exceptionally thoughtful and truly tailors everything to your needs. More than just delivering amazing work, she constantly checked in to understand how we actually live, planning everything down to the specific placement of shelves based on how we use the space.

Her attention to detail is immaculate. Plus, her store recommendations really saved us a lot of trouble. On tb, there were many different stores selling the same item but the quality really varies… So I’m so happy that the quality from the shops she recommended turns out to be really solid. Zero regrets getting her help, highly recommend!

  • I was really shocked when I opened the link because it was wayyyy more insight and advice than I had expected!

Ting Wei had a giveaway for one of her intro styling packages and I was so happy to be one of the lucky ones 🫶🏻 It was definitely something social media / YouTube couldn’t provide because it was tailored to my specific needs and preferences.

Her detailed guide included image references of how I could pair materials and colours for my home studio. Her strategy ensures the home looks good but feels even better when you live in it. I really like her working philosophy about how a space should inspire your everyday living!
